Paris once again (part II)

When we arrived in Versailles, it was cloudy and raining. (We believe that it's the same clouds which passed through Paris while we were eating our lunch.)

At around 5:30 (after seeing the palace for about 30 min), we rushed out to see the garden because it was free then and we thought that it would close at 6:00. The weather was a lot nicer by this time .

After arriving back to Paris, we relaxed and ate dinner before going out again around 10, 11 pm to go to the Bastille for a concert. After the concert, we went to see Champ Elysees for a bit (it was a lot more lively than that morning) before heading back home. We were way too tired to try to figure out where the Fireman's ball were.

The next day was Bastille Day. We got up quite early but ended up taking longer than we expected. By the time we got to Champ Elysees, it was full of people. We stayed near the Arc de Triomphe because that was where we thought the President was going to inspect the soldiers. As it turned out, it was near the Concord.
